This report contains the characteristics of the gems/jewellery described herein after it has been Graded, Tested, Examined and Analyzed by Gemological studies Of India (GSI) Laboratory carefully with specialized instrument, under 10x magnification, including fully corrected Triplet Loupe and Binocular Microscope, Colour Master Stone Comparison, Electronic Carat Balance & ancillary instruments as necessary. The regular certificate does not indicate whether the stone has been treated or not to its present colour by any process whatsoever, unless otherwise specified. It is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal. This report is considered null and void if any alteration [s ] is/are, made to the gems/jewellery or to the report itself. In the event of any claim by the client or any person of the damage to the gems/jewellery, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the report, the liability of Gemological studies Of India (GSI) Laboratory shall be limited to the amount it receives as fee, in connection with this report.

The parties recognize that the opinions may reasonably vary regarding characteristics covered in this report. And hence GSI Laboratory, or any member or its staff, at anytime, may not be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other testing/grading methods. This report should not be used for any legal purpose.
