Certificate course in Gemstone Identification (2 months)

In this course students will learn to differentiate between natural, synthetic and treated gemstones with the help of gemological instrumnets.

Physical, optical and chemical properties of Gemstones.
Crystal system of Gemstones.

Jewellery Designing Courses (2 Months)

In this course, the students will study the fundamentals of quality Jewellery Designing.

Course Contents:

Jewellerey Design Theory - Studying human form, perspective, principles.
Introduction to 3D and technical drawings.
Basic sketching and shading exercises.
Illustrations of various shapes, forms and textures of metals.
Rendering yellow and white metals.
Rendering a range of faceted Diamonds and Gemstones.
Various types of stone shape and settings.
Traditional jewellery and their history.
Letures on Metallurgy and Gemology.
